Start by filling out our quick questionnaire or jump in and get a set of custom tiny house plans. You are not obligated to use MS Tiny Homes to construct your build after using our design service.

Our builds typically take about 6-8 months from contract signing to completion.

- Final 25% - Due upon completion at which point you would be invited do a final walk through if desired before delivery
