Living tiny is a big adjustment but the more prepared you are, the easier it will be. Getting your design on paper will help you understand your square footage. You will get to see how much closet space to expect and where you will keep your hobby gear. You can map out where to store your kitchen gadgets and pick a place on the counter for the coffee maker. Being able to picture the details of your home will make it feel much closer to being a reality.
If you plan to use your tiny house as a rental, consider how that may affect the way you use the space. Instead of extra storage that someone living in the home full-time may need, perhaps a clever and unique feature that will make for a memorable stay would serve you better.
Where your tiny house will be set up also needs to be considered when developing your design plan. Will you have access to electric, water, sewer/septic? The answers to these questions will influence key areas in the design of your home.
Don't feel like you need to have all the answers right away; that's where we come in! When you purchase the design package, it comes with a free consultation to help fill in any blanks you may have and give insights to make sure you are getting a home that fully aligns with your vision!
Curious about what a tiny home designed specifically for you or your family would look like? A custom design will give you the opportunity to do just that, quickly and affordably.
